Preparation

Succesful holidays need a good preparation

The more time you invest to get to know your holiday destination before you make the booking or before your departure, the better you are prepared and the fewer negative surprises you will have on the spot. But watch out: the lower the price, the lesser are the miracles included!

Let the booking partner have your preferences, wishes and expectations but as well as your reservations. Please also inform them about possible personal characteristics (e.g. restrictions in mobility or food, citizenship, religion, health, pregnancy).

Invest time to brawl through travel guides, magazines and in the internet to get as much knowledge about your destination as possible. General information, hygienic precautions, food and drinks as well as general habits. Be informed about prices of public transport, tips and – very important too – the local language and the possibilities of communication in other languages.
